Our new Insignum 4000 from ASYS is now fully operational. It will mark all PCBs prior to SMD, ensuring cost efficient traceability throughout our entire production process. This has previously been achieved through labels.

The machine is optimally suited for inline process and achieves short cycle times along with the highest precision. The code sizes of only 1.3mm edge length are marked with a precision of 100µm@5Sigma on the smallest area. Marking speeds of 0.7 seconds – including positioning and verification.
